3.4 KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal or upon request, top138 will require you to complete identity verification. You must submit:

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods: top138 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by method.
4.2 Currency: All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). top138 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency-conversion costs incurred by the Player's payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
4.3 Source of Funds: By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is legitimately yours and does not originate from illegal activities. top138 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit at any time.
4.4 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. top138 does not guarantee processing within a specific timeframe, but targets the following indicative windows:

4.6 Funds held in an Account are not interest-bearing. top138 does not act as a bank or financial institution and does not earn or pass on interest on Player balances.
4.7 Inactive Accounts: An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. top138 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 to inactive accounts after providing 30 days' advance notice via email. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player upon request and identity verification.
5.1 top138 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free-spin equivalents, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
5.3 top138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Suspected abuse of promotions—including but not limited to arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or collusion—will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and potentially in Account closure.
